As stipulated in the club’s constitution, an Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the club to elect and/or re-elect club officials for the coming year is required to be held before the end of November.
This is to give 21 days’ notice of the AGM to be held on Wednesday 24th November 2021.
We are planning to hold a ‘physical attendance’ at the ‘Saints Hut’ located on Maldon Prom on the above mentioned date commencing at 7.30pm, on the assumption that no new government restrictions are imposed before that time.
We will publish an official agenda for the meeting by email and on the club’s website and facebook group 7 days prior to the meeting (17th November), so can I please ask that any items that you feel should be included for discussion be submitted to me at secretary@madcc.org.uk or David Dodsworth at chairperson@madcc.org.uk by Monday 15th November 2021.
In addition to the above, there if any member wishes to put themselves forward for any position on the club committee, they are more than welcome to do this but, again, please do by the above deadline, so that it can be included on the agenda.
